30 days of yoga to help your reflect, reset, express gratitude, explore your own yoga practice, let go and cultivate an intentional way of living that is personal to you and reflections your values.  Although it is scheduled for January 2021, you can choose to begin again at any time of the month or the year.  This calendar is designed to serve you when you most need.  You can read more about the calendar here and by reading this article you have completed Day 1 of the 30 Days of Yoga challenge.
