20 minute Gentle Yoga Flow
This calming and relaxing style of class links flowing movement with the breath, while stretching out the whole body. The heart of this yoga practice is an awareness of your breath and a sense of grounding in the present moment. Ailsa's Gentle Yoga Flow classes have been designed to be accessible to all levels of physical yoga practise and more invigorating poses including core work and balances will be peppered throughout the sequence as these are key for mobility in the body and the health of the spine.
