Service Description

This calming and relaxing class links flowing movement with the breath, while stretching out the whole body. The heart of this yoga practice is an awareness of your breath and a sense of grounding in the present moment. This class has been designed to be accessible to all levels of physical yoga practise and more invigorating poses including core work and balances will be peppered throughout the sequence as these are key for mobility in the body and the health of the spine. Each class is accompanied with thoughtfully selected music and promises to leave you feeling re-energised, revitalised and rejuvenated. Hatha Yoga with Ailsa on a Wednesday evening takes place in STUDIO 16 at Bristol School of Yoga. This stunning yoga studio is situated in the heart of St Paul's in Bristol's city centre. All equipment is provided for you. There are changing facilities, toilets and a tea area so that you can settle in ahead of your class. Cancellation Policy

There is a 1 hour cancellation policy for yoga classes. If you do not cancel at least 1 hour before the class starts, the booking is charged as though you attended. There is a 1 day cancellation policy for Private Yoga Consultations. If you do not cancel at least 1 day before the consultation starts, the booking is charged as though you attended. For one-off events and workshops, tickets are non-refundable.
