10 minute Yoga Nidra. In this 10 minute form of guided meditation taken lying down, I guide you through a Yoga Nidra which utilises body scan and breath awareness techniques. This Yoga Nidra will help to relax the nervous system by eliciting the relaxation response, leaving you feeling calm, relaxed and rejuvenated.
