10 minute Non Sleep Deep Rest (NSDR) Yoga Nidra for Morning Presence. This form of guided meditation practised lying down has been designed so that you can practise from the comfort of your bed first thing in the morning. Throughout the Yoga Nidra practice, you are invited to utilise breath awareness techniques to help untangle stress from the body and reduce anxiety.
