In this 20 minute form of guided meditation, I guide you through a Yoga Nidra practice that explores the Fire Element and the related chakra; the Manipura Chakra. This element is all about your self-confidence, passion and enthusiasm for your life. Yoga Nidra helps to relax the nervous system by eliciting the relaxation response, leaving you feeling calm, rested and rejuvenated.
