30 minute Yoga Stretch for All Levels

Welcome to your Sunday Sanctuary Yoga Ritual. Today's class will be 30 minutes long and it is a soothing yoga practice to invite in ritual to your Sunday. This class will guide you through pranayama (or breathwork) to ground, soothe and settle you in. A warm up will prepare you for the more dynamic and invigorating part of the class which is designed to help you build strength and heat. A cool down will follow to lead you into a luxuriously long Savasana.
