This 20 minute NSDR Yoga Nidra is designed to help to ease insomnia. This Non Sleep Deep Rest Yoga Nidra can be used at any time of the day or night to cultivate ease and reset your whole nervous system. Throughout this Yoga Nidra, your body will be guided to a sense of deep relaxation and this short NSDR meditation is designed to calm and soothe the nervous system, untangle stress from the body and reduce anxiety. This video has a dark screen so that you can use this Yoga Nidra while in bed and the screen will not disturb you and I do not guide you out of the Yoga Nidra to allow you to fall into a deep and restful sleep.
