Yoga Nidra Meditation for Relaxation & Deep Sleep. In this 20 minute Yoga Nidra, I will guide you through a meditation that is designed to help you relax the body, calm the mind and prepare for a deep, restful and enriching sleep. You can use this Yoga Nidra at any point throughout the day and it will be particularly powerful before bed or in the middle of the night if you are experiencing insomnia and/or struggling to get to sleep.
