In yoga, the Earth Element is all about feeling grounding and finding stability and inner strength so we will be focusing on nurturing these qualities throughout the yoga flow. I hope you enjoy!

This all levels class is sequenced to move your body through all planes of movement and is suitable for students who have practised yoga before. I provide several options to accommodate all different types of bodies and levels of experience.

Yoga for Joy & Compassion
1 hour Vinyasa Flow Yoga exploring Joy and Compassion. In this 60 minute yoga sequence, I invite you to greet your yoga practice with kindness, gentleness and compassion rather than something to tick off the to-do list. Can you find the joy in yoga and meditation and observe the moments of boredom with curiosity rather than judgement? And, how does this affect how you feel? Grounding Autumnal Vinyasa
1 hour Vinyasa Flow Yoga. This yoga class is a Grounding Autumnal (or Fall) Yoga Flow. In the yoga tradition, Autumn can be a time when we feel unsettled or distracted and it is a time that is associated with new beginnings and transition. With all these factors in mind, I have designed this yoga sequence to be grounding, calming and stabilising. I hope you enjoy!
Crow Pose Power Yoga
1 hour Crow Pose Power Vinyasa Flow Yoga. Crow Pose (or Bakasana) is a very difficult pose to master but I will lead you through a sequence that prepares your body for this arm balance as well as offering you a number of tips. This class will strengthen the core, the wrists and shoulders whilst building strength and flexibility in the hips. I hope you enjoy!
The Fire Element 🔥
1 hour Power Vinyasa Flow Yoga. This 60 minute yoga class is themed around The Fire Element. The Fire Element is linked to the Manipura Chakra (or Solar Plexus chakra), the centre of our vitality, our enthusiasm about life and fire in our belly. It is the literal fire in our belly! Poses associated with this element are core work and twists which are both great for the mobility, integrity and the health of the spine. I hope you enjoy!
