How this course works

Sleep Revolution is an self-paced online course.  The course lasts 24 days and upon enrolment, you will have access to the dedicated online portal of course materials for 1 year, which means you can complete the course at your own pace and you can complete the course as many times as you want.  All course materials including videos, journalling prompts and real-life exercises are on-demand and accessible via the dedicated online portal hosted on this website.​  Each day you will receive an email with a link to your steps for that day.  The daily steps usually take less than 30 minutes and are practised before sleep, meaning that you can easily fit the course materials into your daily routine.  Yoga classes, journalling prompts and real-life exercises are peppered throughout the course and can be completed when is most suitable for you.

About Ailsa

I’m Ailsa and I have been teaching yoga and Yoga Nidra since 2017 and practising since 2008. I love sharing my practice with students and I am passionate about sharing the mental and physical benefits of yoga.  I am originally from near Aberdeen in Scotland.  I currently teach in-person in Bristol, United Kingdom and share yoga and Yoga Nidra offerings online.

I am a passionate advocate for the importance of rest and sleep.  I truly believe that sleep is a keystone habit that can have a far reaching impact on someone's overall sense of wellbeing.  I have experienced my own varied journey with sleep including periods of insomnia (especially during lockdown).

It gives me so much joy to share my yoga for sleep offering with you.  My hope is that I can help you to fall asleep and improve the quality of your sleep.  I hope that you can join me for your own Sleep Revolution.
