Testimonials

"I have been through months of no sleeping for anxiety.. I have even took pills to sleep... But since I started listening to your nidra audios when I go to bed, I can finally sleep again! It is very relaxing and calming! Thanks!"

"Yoga, Tarot and Nidra with Ailsa and Rachael has become my monthly reset and social. Rachael provides deep, enriching tarot readings, blending therapy, neuroscience, and ancient symbology. This is the spiritual element of the session. While Ailsa offers yoga and Yoga Nidra with thorough knowledge and a philosophical grounding. This nurtures both body and mind. Together, they’ve helped me integrate my feminine energy without diminishing my masculine side. And yes—we laugh, have fun, and enjoy sweet treats too. It’s a transformative experience that propels me and my month forward."
