How it works:
Step 1.
Select and purchase your course passes (offered in bundles of 3 and 5).
Step 2.
Navigate to the Unlock Online Courses page and use your passes to unlock your preferred courses. All courses are standalone and can be taken independently.
Step 3.
Once you unlock your chosen course, you will receive an email with a link to the course hosted within the Online Portal. Follow the link to begin the course.
Step 4.
You will have access to the course materials for duration of Course Passes plan you purchased (one year) and it will be listed within your My Online Courses page. All courses are self-paced with pre-recorded course materials that you can complete as often as you would like.

How long do I have access to the Online Yoga Studio?
There are several pricing options for the Online Yoga Studio. There is a monthly or annual membership subscription which renews automatically and you can manage your subscription via the the Account Billing page. If you do not want to commit to a subscription, the 30-day and 90-day Studio Passes available for you. The Studio Passes do not automatically renew meaning that there are no unexpected charges. Every pricing option includes access to all pre-recorded yoga and Yoga Nidra classes as well as unlimited streaming free from distracting advertisements.
Are the yoga and Yoga Nidra classes included within the Online Yoga Studio available via YouTube?
Over 180 yoga and Yoga Nidra classes are offered within the Online Yoga Studio which are exclusive and unavailable on YouTube. The classes that are available on YouTube are also included within the Online Yoga Studio meaning that you can enjoy these class free from distracting advertisements and alongside the exclusive classes. The exclusive classes are longer, more specialised and thoughtfully curated so that you can explore and discover different aspects of yoga.
Are these 'live' classes or pre-recorded?
The yoga and Yoga Nidra classes within the Online Yoga Studio are pre-recorded and 'on-demand', which means you can enjoy these classes wherever you have an internet connection and you can practise each class as often as you like.
I already practise with you on YouTube, how does the Online Yoga Studio membership differ?
The yoga classes offered within the Online Yoga Studio are longer, more specialised and thoughtfully curated and sequenced so that you can explore and discover specific aspects of yoga. The Online Yoga Studio classes are also free from distracting advertisements. There are over 180 exclusives classes hosted within the studio alongside the classes that are available on YouTube, meaning that you can enjoy all classes in one place. The free yoga classes shared on YouTube are the perfect place to begin and offer a holistic and broad exploration of yoga; the Online Yoga Studio classes are longer, more specialised and in-depth. What is the cancellation policy?
Memberships subscriptions are set up to reoccur monthly or annually and can be cancelled anytime via the Account Billing page. The 30-day and 90-day Studio Passes do not automatically renew and if you are not happy, you have 24 hours to request a refund, no questions asked.
Are the classes suitable for beginners?
The Hatha Yoga classes are a great place to start for beginners. These classes are a grounding, soothing and slower style of class in comparison to Vinyasa Flow Yoga. Yoga Nidra is also extremely accessible; it is a passive style of meditation practised lying down and suitable for beginners.
Are Class Collections included within the Online Yoga Studio membership?
Yes! All Class Collections are included within the Online Yoga Studio membership meaning that it might be worth investing in the Online Yoga Studio membership if you would like to access several Class Collections. You can explore the Class Collections here.
Can I give an Online Yoga Studio membership as a gift?
Yes! There is an option to give the membership as a gift on the page where you submit your payment details. You can give all pricing options as a gift (30 Day, 90 Day, Monthly and Annual Subscription as well as Class Collections). What type of classes do you offer and how long are the classes?
There are three styles of yoga offered within the Online Yoga Studio: Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Hatha Yoga and Yoga Nidra. Class styles are organised in lengths which include: less than 20 minutes, 30 minutes, 45 minutes and 1 hour classes. At the heart of every yoga class is an emphasis on calming the mind and relaxing the body so that you can cultivate presence, find ease within stillness and tap into to the well of wisdom within.

I’m Ailsa and I have been teaching yoga since 2017 and practising since 2008. I love sharing my practice with students and I am passionate about sharing the mental and physical benefits of yoga. For me, yoga is not simply a physical movement of the body; it is a form of moving meditation, a tool for stress relief and a practice to help you manage your mind.
