Access the potent wisdom within
The physical movement of yoga is an ideal tool for facilitating slowing down and tuning into your own inner wisdom, and therefore, to begin, Ailsa will lead you through a yoga sequence. Flowing and constant movement synchronised with the breath will calm the mind and release tension.
Rachael will guide you through her own unique methodology for reading tarot. This will be an interactive session with plenty of time to practise on your own and/or with others and receive guidance from Rachael.
To bring your tarot reading to a grounding close, Ailsa will guide you through a rejuvenating and nourishing Yoga Nidra to help you re-charge your intuitive energy but also explore the themes that arise within your own tarot reading. Yoga Nidra is not only a restful and relaxing passive style of meditation, but it is also a state of dreamtime and a tool for self-inquiry that offers you space to connect inwards and reflect.
Soul Sanctuary takes place from 2pm to 5pm on Sunday 26th October at Bristol School of Yoga, 16 Backfields Lane, Bristol BS2 8QW and from 1pm to 4pm on Sunday 30th November at Yoganand, 68 Queens Road, Bristol BS8 1QU. Meet Ailsa
I’m Ailsa and I have been teaching yoga since 2017 and practising since 2008. I love sharing my practice with students and I am passionate about sharing the mental and physical benefits of yoga. For me, yoga is not simply a physical movement of the body; it is a form of moving meditation, a tool for stress relief and a practice to help you manage your mind.
It gives me so much joy to share my yoga and Yoga Nidra offering with you. My hope is that my yoga offering is a haven of peace and tranquillity for you and can help you to relax, rest and sleep.

Meet Rachael
I'm Rachael and I am a Celtic, Scottish tarot card reader and astrologer based in Bristol, United Kingdom. As a trainee therapist, I combine the ancient symbology of tarot cards and astrology with current neuroscience. I am deeply interested in how tarot can blend with therapeutic approaches. I want to demystify the mystical and offer real-world, pragmatic advice that honours the craft of both tarot and birth chart reading.
I have been drawn to the occult for as long as I can remember. I am also deeply passionate about personal development and helping people to figure out what lights them up inside. I believe that deep down, we already know the answers. It is just that our busy, modern lives make it difficult to tune in and listen. Tarot cuts through the noise and gets to the truth of things. Through archetypes, symbols and intuition, tarot cards express what our souls know but our minds have not quite grasped yet.
