Book your consultation, class or event 

Click the links below to book and pay online. You can view my upcoming events and weekly class timetable on the Yoga Classes & Events page.  You can book to attend in-person yoga classes with me via the Elevate website or via the Trika Yoga website.  For consultations, classes or events that take place online via Zoom, I will send you a link via email to the Zoom meeting at least an hour before the consultation, class or event starts, so please make sure the email address you supply is correct.
