Join Ailsa on Sundays for a calming, soothing and grounding yoga or Yoga Nidra class designed to help you relax, unwind and rest. These 15 to 30 minute yoga and Yoga Nidra classes invite you to explore ritual and offer you space for stillness, presence and turning inwards.
