Welcome to your Sunday Sanctuary Yoga Ritual. Take time for stillness and invite in grounding quality to your day as well as a sense of ritual and resonance. I hope you enjoy today's class! I will be guiding you through pranayama (breathwork), a warm up, a dynamic flow to build strength and heat and then cool you down to prepare for a grounding, relaxing and soothing Savasana.
